Children's Ministry

Nursery Ministry

The nursery ministry is open to all children from newborns up through age 3, and is available during Sunday School and Worship at Cahaba Park.  It is our desire to come alongside parents in nurturing the faith of their children. Our responsibility is to model and to teach truth in an attitude of love and prayer.

 Children's Sunday School 

At Cahaba Park Church we are committed to equip and acquaint the next generation with the mighty acts of God in the redemption of mankind. Our children can see and know the greatness of God. By showing and demonstrating the glory of God through the Old and New Testament stories, our children will grow in their understanding of God’s purpose for them through a personal relationship with Christ.

Our Children’s Education Ministry is putting a structure in place to ensure our children receive a Biblical foundation before they reach their teen years. Our primary teaching time is during Sunday School at 9:00 a.m. The following classes have been developed and age appropriate curriculum has been chosen according to the maturation of our children.

Volunteering

We are always seeking additional volunteers to love our little ones.  Out of love and concern for the nursery children and youth in our care, all of our volunteers go through an application process which includes a background check.
